Tamzin Outhwaite, former Eastenders actress and star of Sweet Charity, agreed to front our Great British Tea Break (GBTB) fundraising campaign this year.
The competition to win afternoon tea with Tamzin Outhwaite was open to anyone holding a GBTB for the Lymphoma Association between September and December 2010.
Lucky winner Alison and I enjoyed afternoon tea at luxury 5 star hotel, The Athenaeum, in Mayfair. Afternoon tea was just fabulous and Tamzin was very friendly and good company.
Thanks to Tamzin Outhwaite and The Athenaeum the GBTB raised £12,000 during 2010 (the highest amount since the fundraising event began in 2005). It has been a pleasure working with Tamzin Outhwaite and her PA.
