A dismal December morning in Greenwich and I was up early ready to take part in the 2009 Santa Run for charity.We (the Lymphoma Association) had 15 runners (pictured above) among hundreds of other Santa's running the 5km.
After the mass warm up we made our way to the start line. The gun went and it was clash of the men & women in the red suits!
It was a very tough and wet course, with lots of hills!I made it to the end in around 30 minutes, not my best time for 5km, by far!
The run was fun and I raised over £100 for the Lymphoma Association, but I don't think I'll be running in a beard again!
